There is a big difference between discovering the plan of God and walking in it. I believe that you have a desire to do both and ultimately to end your life knowing you’ve finished the course God ordained for you to complete.
It seems from my experience that most Christians are frustrated by their quest to discover the plan of God. The majority want to find it but have no clue how to do so. Others struggle in this area because they are unsure whether it is even possible to know what God has planned for their life.
Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. (Psalm 139:16)
You were separated by God while still in your mother’s womb! Your parents may have said you were a surprise and while this may be true for them, God knew you were going to be born! God has a plan for your life that was formulated even before you took your first breath!
God has a plan for your life. You only have one life to discover it and fulfill it but must be willing to pay the price to pursue it. His plan is not something to be stumbled on and is not fulfilled by accident.
We are all familiar with water. Did you know that it will always travel in line with the path of least resistance? Christians do the same thing! They let people and circumstances push them around let external influences control and direct their lives.
Every person who has made a difference throughout history took specific steps to discover the plan of God. The result of their efforts was that God flowed through them and touched the people they were called to connect with His power.
The revelation of God’s plan and purpose contained in these posts will have the potential to transform your life. As you begin to understand it and pursue it, you will find yourself entering the places that He has ordained for you to walk, and you will complete the course God has ordained for you to run!
