Keys to Unlocking The Plan Of God Part 10

God has a purpose for each of our lives. There is not one person alive who is an accident.

There are people who will never hear a minister talk about God. They are waiting on us to reach our full potential by entering into the specific plan and purpose God has ordained for us to walk in.

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
Mark 16:15-19

Jesus said that these signs would follow believers. If you are Christian then this should be describing your life. There are sick people waiting for a believer to lay hands on them so they can receive the healing power of God. Will you be that one?

There are people dying of sickness and disease because a believer did not follow Jesus’ instructions. This has resulted in many Christians questioning the will of God regarding healing. The issue was not God’s will. It was that a believer did not respond to the prompting of the Holy Spirit and reach out to them.

We must develop our ability to identify the Spirit’s leading. There will be times that we miss it but God’s mercy will always be there if we are pressing into His Word and prayer.

Sometimes there are big consequences to not obeying in the smallest area. I am currently in a situation where a surgery is necessary. This is not God’s perfect will. I’ve learned when facing issues like this to seek God for where the door was opened.

As I sought Him in this situation, the Holy Spirit reminded me of something He prompted me to do just over two years ago. This would involve me waking up an hour early to pray. In all honesty, I’ve never faithfully done what He asked. I tried but the flesh was just too tired (not a valid excuse).

He has shown me that this direction two years ago was meant to prepare me for the situation I’m now dealing with. His mercy is in definite manifestation as the money required for my out of pocket expenses has already been supplied. There were some issues causing concern which were no longer present during an examination this week. He is working and this will be an easy procedure despite my lack of faithfulness to do what He asked.

There are people literally waiting on us to obey Jesus’ instruction. If we don’t, some of them may spend eternity in hell!

The only qualification given by Jesus was to believe. Believers have every right to expect these miracles to manifest in their lives.

Every Christian has miracles ordained by God for them to do. We may never have an opportunity to teach on television or lead a crusade. Every one of us can expect miracles to manifest through us. This is part of the commission given by Jesus.

There is a world waiting for us. They will not be reached if we do not find and pursue the plans and purposes of God.

It is possible that we are in the business God wants us in. Are we doing it though in the power and anointing of the Spirit?

There is a world waiting for us. They will not be reached by Christians who are not fully submitted to the leadership of the Holy Spirit.

God desires for every Christian to function in His anointing and gifts. He desires for us to walk in the miraculous.

The Church needs people who are not full time ministers. The Great Commission of Mark 16 will require people in the business community to step over into the plan of God.

Following the plan of God does not mean we give everything up to pursue a ministry. God has a plan and purpose for each of our lives that may take us into the business community or even picking up garbage. Key is having an assurance that what we are doing is what God made us to be.
